Serving large law firms to solo attorneys in Dallas County and surrounding areas. This is a small operation and I understand the need for individual attention with certain situations. Small enterprise allows for a more personalized touch and flexibility. While primarily serving legal process, I will also do legal filings, mobile notary service, and some courier services.
I will not try to convince any client this is a Process Service Company with an army of servers at my disposal. We all know this business is composed of independent contractors dedicated to the profession. I may have the need to contract the services of another Process Server in order to provide you with economical and timely service but will always clear it with your staff first. I will handle the assignment personally if that is what you want.
Based in eastern Dallas County, I can also cover the Forney, Texas area for the same fees as Dallas County and charge no more than the County Sheriff or Constable. However, the first attempt at service ordinarily occurs within 48 hours (or 2 business days) after receiving the document(s) and completion (4 attempts) in 3 weeks. The local Sheriff or Constable will not promise that. I scan all my returns/affidavits and will email the image to you or your contact person if needed. Your local Sheriff or Constable will not do that either. The original return/affidavit is mailed back to you. I can also accept documents via email in PDF format.
